A Newt Washbowl !

After a coffee at the Newt, I knew I needed to walk further than I have been doing so we walked to the new Four Seasons Gardens there . It was humid and drizzly but absolutely beautiful. It meant walking through a short tunnel beneath the main road past huge orchards where sheep were huddling . 
The new gardens are full of surprises! 
This newt wash basin is for the toilets that have been built there - if you stroked it’s tail water came out ! 
Home for a late lunch. P went off to work and now more crochet and tennis !
