Panting

I’m not surprised he needs a breather (& he never refuses an ear scratch). Three hours barking at a garden fork/ hoe/ spade/ rake/ wheelbarrow is a bit much when you’re nearly 12.
We have decided this 4m bed is going to be a wildlife pond, so first stage is clearing it.
God knows how old people class gardening as a relaxing hobby. It’s bloody exhausting.
Anyway, my back needs a medicinal snifter now.
