Another old boat

I was at a meeting in the Scottish Fisheries Museum this morning and had to go through this gallery to get to the meeting room. This is the largest object in the Museum - a traditional wooden fishing boat, one of the largest ever built but sadly, she has not been seaworthy for a long time. This boat is called Research LK62. I'm not aware that she ever undertook any research. Originally called Heather Bell, she was simply re-named after an earlier boat of that name.
