Leopard Moth

................in the process of laying eggs. First one I have ever seen in my garden or anywhere else come to that. Apparently they fly at night and are strongly attracted to bright lights. They lay in the region of 2000 eggs in their lifetime and they have a very high rate of survival. Fascinating!!
