Nuthatch

At RSPB Lochwinnoch. I used to volunteer there and we did not have nuthatches, which were confined to a wood near Motherwell. Now they have spread and are found in the big Glasgow parks and north even of Inverness. Little Ringed Plovers have bred at the reserve this year, I think for the first time, and I did see an adult and a chick from a distance.
