Campanula?

Another discovery in the jungle garden today, identified as campanula, but I've never seen it growing on a stem about 3ft, (100 cms) tall. Very odd. I have some regular ground cover campanula,  maybe it has been struggling for the light!
The garden received a massive watering yesterday, the thunderstorms were terrific. One almighty crash in the evening, was like an explosion right over the house, and gave me such a fright. All calm today, very pleasant, just been relaxing, chatting with the neighbours and online, and reading my book. Might have an early g&t...:)
