Sunday

Sunday followed its usual pattern with a long phone call with my sister and preparation of the Sunday meal. N does most of the cooking during the week, but the Sunday roast is always my job. We had lamb today and as usual it was accompanied by pot roast vegetables.
It has been a beautiful day with intermittent sunshine, I pottered in the garden, there is always something to do. I have three of these cast iron brackets that hold flower pots. I have to make sure I keep them watered.
