Tread on the edge

We called in to Emsworth to check out a cafe that has won the Hampshire best cafe award. and to look for any possible dereliction subjects. We just arrived at the cafe in time for a coffee before it closed. Very nice too. But as for dereliction - no chance - the village was positively sparkling with fresh paint, beautiful flower pots and pretty shops and cottages. A walk around the mill pond revealed very old stone steps encased with weed. It’s stretching dereliction !!
