Jonty's Headstone

Jonty's metal grave marker arrived today. Marlane ordered it after he died, as she did with Foxy's. It would have been Jonty's birthday tomorrow :-(
So now all three are represented on the grave, Jonty, Foxy and Charlie the cat.
Even now, it will be a fortnight tomorrow when we lost him, I still look around expecting to see him. I was at the bottom of the stairs, a few minutes ago, and heard a slight noise. I looked up the stairs expecting to see him at the top watching me. He used to do that as if as to say "You aren't thinking of going out without me, are you?"
