River Len, Mote Park

Contacted GP this morning and was rung back within a couple of hours. Very reassuring. Fainting when getting up at night is quite common as blood pressure is low anyway and other factors can reduce it further; an infection such as a tummy bug (which I had) and being on a low carb diet (which I am). Drink more water and get up slowly and get back in touch if it happens again.

Feeling better by the day. Walked a little this afternoon but by and large an easy day. I have my railway medical tomorrow. Without attending I can’t do any turns so I will go and see what happens.

Todays blip was in Mote Park, a small beautiful window which belies its context.
