Pork Pie

I had some turkey stock in the freezer and made high speed jelly for the pie.

This one is a winner

I can get the pastry and filling done in 30mins - (20 if really organised) 90mins cooking and mess with (the all important) jelly for 15 mins the next day. (maybe when it comes out of the oven?)

Making individual ones is very fiddly so I go for the big pie.
