A Day For Play

I had a bit of fun with this pepper and I had the an overwhelming desire to add googly eyes to it as it looks like it's screaming!  Yesterday wasn't a day to be out and about with the torrential rain but my area was spared.  I'm on elevated ground, 500 feet above the nearest river.  Most of the devastating rain fell, as it often does, west of the mountain ranges in Vermont and NH.  The destruction in upstate NY and Vermont is awful.  Things will be better today and the heat will creep back in but not too bad.  Two days of sun will help folks dry out.  Gift#191: safe from the flooding.
