Falling tree

My compost bin is hidden in there. I noticed this yesterday when I went to toss my coffee grounds in the bin. It hasn't changed today, at least noticeably. I've got to buy a saw to remove the tree. I looked closer and saw that the roots are coming up and the tree's tilting. The soil was loose or shallow. Not sure what happened.

It's a small tree, and it's not in danger of hitting anything if it does finally topple.
