Mono Monday - Signs

The hanging signs of Lombard Street in the city of London.
They were put up at the start of the 20th century, in honour of the coronation of Edward VII. There were 23 and were meant to recreate the look of the street in earlier times. Most of those signs have gone no.
Four of the signs remain, the Grasshopper - the symbol of Thomas Gresham who founded the nearby Royal Exchange. The Cat and Fiddle, an Anchor, and the King's Head, Charles II in this case.
The F is a newish addition, it would be nice if more businesses added signs in this style.
