Picked up all of the hire bikes after breakfast and Beck and I headed out to La Couarde for ice cream and then on to Loix to eat our sandwiches on the beach. The young people did their own thing. We were back in time for coffee and a Tour de France catch-up before we headed to the harbour for a couple of pre-dinner drinks...
