Pulling power

A phone call this morning at 9.40am, supposedly from my bank, about transactions on my account that had been declined. One for £300 and an overseas one for £1000 (both on that very morning) and rather than pressing option one or two as requested I put the phone down. Obviously a scam. There is no way I'd be shopping at that time of the morning...
