Its the Way It Is

East and West

I had a swim at 7.30am in Bray on Ireland’s East Coast.

Then Dublin to Westport by train (main blip) and met by my son who brought me to Mulrany where he lives.

Dinner was locally caught crab claws and scallops, spuds and salad.

Then an evening swim on Mulrany Beach overlooked by Croagh Patrick.

This is surely one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Mulrany lies on the isthmus between Clew Bay and Blacksod Bay. ( I had to google that too).

First extra is Bray Swim, second extra is Mulrany Swim and third extra is darling little Mini who is fast asleep on my bed.

The West of Ireland is just so beautiful and I am here for a few lovely days.
