Flex

The terrace was a mess after overnight storms so I hosed it down this morning. Thought about scrubbing it but not for long. Seeing as the hose was out we then decided to clean the awning canvas for the first time in its life. Extended it the whole way, hosed it down then rolled it back in bit by bit, cleaning a few inches at a time. Since it runs the length of the terrace that entailed three trips up and down a stepladder to do one length’s cleaning. Needless to say the whole thing took a good few hours but (thank goodness) it does look a lot better minus years’ accumulation of squished bugs!
