Tree Fungus

This tree is used to sit on by quite a lot of people, who visit the place where their dog(s) can get wet feet (and the smaller ones even can get wet completely). Nevertheless, this large tree fungus managed to grow on the side of the same tree.
@Nicoiseannie might know what kind of fungus this is, I have no idea. Lense.google didn't help either.
