Uplifting

Five of our local village churches have organised a festival of music, all free of charge with a retiring donation. We went to the beautiful tiny St. Martin’s Church in Glandford with M & H to hear a brilliant quintet play the entire Four Seasons by Vivaldi. What a privilege. After, we all walked down the lane to the Cley Smokehouse cafe for delicious pizza, straight from their pizza oven. The second concert was music and poetry for the seasons. Even the persistent and continuous rain added to the atmosphere. It was simply magical.
