Good 0r Bad?

This is the cement works at Dunbar in East Lothian.
The fact that the chimney is smoking would indicate that they are producing the stuff.
That in turn might indicate that some houses are being built somewhere.
Good.

To produce one Tonne of cement, the process also produces one Tonne of Co2.
Bad.
