Fly tipping

I’d seen in the local free newspaper that the latest effort to tackle fly tipping involves taping round with crime scene tape and signs about an investigation being undertaken. On a quick walk between showers I found this scene at the end of my road. Not sure they’ll establish whodunnit but hope that the scheme has some success - litter dropping is bad enough but fly tipping is much worse.
