Mud Flaps
An elegant lady showed up in this People's Car to a cafe I was in. She told me it's just for summer use. The vintage is 1969.
At that time the Finnish Law stated that cars, motorbikes and mopeds must have mud flaps behind the rear wheel/wheels. Sure looks funny today.
