Weaving...

...was what I tried out today, at Coburg Studios with James Donald of PickOne. I was the only one at the workshop, so I got his undivided attention. Three looms had been prepared with different drafts (how the warp was organised) and so I got to weave a variety of structures (patterns/textures). I have to say that my brain was beginning to protest by the second half of the afternoon when I was tackling the most complicated parts and what I produced wasn't exactly what I was meant to. Still, I might give it another go on a weekend course. I will see how I feel tomorrow!
