Yearly tax declaration

I had to go for my tax declaration and knew there would be a big que. Finally i only had to bear an hour and a half waiting time. As i had my camera with , i started a bit of twiddling with my cam and could discretely take tis pic. From the appearance one can see he's a typical flemish farmer , and he's not so used to those institutions . He was not in for a long waiting time also .
This pic reminds me unconsciously of the photos Paul Graham took , during the Thatcher regime , in waiting rooms from job application centers.
