Deer

I hesitate to I.D. this deer, it was feeding in a slight dip on the edge of a meadow at Rivington, Lancashire. I would say it was medium size, there didn't seem to be any rump markings, and I couldn't see a tail.
I think it could be a Roe Buck, I would appreciate I.D. if anyone can oblige.
