Furka, Grimsel and Susten

It was rain this morning, so I (Annie) worked for the morning (swapped with a half day on Friday when the weather was better). In the afternoon it was starting to clear up, so I headed out for some mountain passes.

The Furka Pass was dramatic on the way up, with a section of thick cloud to hairpin through at one point. It’s always amazing to pop out of the top of a cloud in a car. The Grimsel Pass took me back up through a mad mix of sunlight and cloud, and the evening light on the Susten Pass was gorgeous and golden until once again blocked out by driving through a cloud.

A fun day - 3 mountain passes, 26% of battery used. The car loves reclaiming the miles on the way down.
