After all the excitement...

...the most mundane of tasks...

We saw Elaine off this morning before I took Roy for his diabetic eye test - the one where the drops make his pupils huge!

Discovered a new coffee place in Kirkburton afterwards, and pulled ourselves together after the onslaught of visitors ;) 

Then home and the usual washing etc - but I had to sew a button on Roy's work trousers before they went in the wash...
