Identification Required

B and I spent a happy couple of hours at Natural Surroundings Nature Reserve in the Glaven Valley this morning.  I've only just started processing the nearly 300 photos I took (probably most of those will be deleted), so there might be more to come.

I wondered if this might be a female banded demoiselle but perhaps it's not green enough, does anyone know what it might be?

My extra is a couple of pond flowers, maybe some kind of lilly?  I noticed when I processed it that a dragonfly has flown into my photo in the background.
