Changes

Three changes of clothes. I went to the Club early to do a rowing machine work out, and then worked at the Club for a while. I had a meeting outside, so got very hot and sticky, so home for another change. 

Those poor people in Southern Europe are experiencing hotter conditions than here and we are ‘used’ to it ( you never really).
