Toadstools galore

This is just one of several groups of toadstools in one part of our grassed area. The groups themselves are beginning to reveal a circle. They look quite different from when they first appear, pale and perky, to becoming blackened and limp. This group is at the in between stage.

Delivered a little T-shirt to little Miss B today. I crocheted a unicorn motif (from the same pattern book as the lions) and sewed it to a plain white top. It looked more like Miss Piggy than a unicorn until I embroidered a mouth that wasn't on the pattern design. (See Extra.) This is her last week at Nursery and tomorrow she 'graduates'. Then she will go for a few hours a couple of days a week during the holidays to 'Holiday Club', before she starts school in September.
