ALL THE BETTER TO SEE YOU WITH

The last of three estate agents came around this morning to value our house and then I was off to lunch with the Wild Girls, grabbing this photo during a quick detour on my way home. Tomorrow I decide who we'll be using and start that process off, and also work out how to summon up enough energy to get through it all. It WILL be worth it.
