Deflated

I had a lovely start to my day - I had a lovely late afternoon. 
The middle bit proved, challenging lets say.

Took K into Nottm to collect his car being repaired from pothole damage, after some shopping and on my way home, disaster happened. See extra.
I don't have a spare wheel, just that foam stuff which was usless as the tyre had a split.
Assistant needed, luckily K was able to rescue me, took my wheel off and went to find somewhere to have the tyre replaced.
