Carrots & Tatties

Last year this big field was all tatties. This year it's nearly all carrots. However, last year's howking* left a few behind, and this year there's tatties coming up all over the place. I'm standing in an almost complete row of them. Pretty flowers though.

* These days tattie howking is fully mechanised. Here's a look at when it wasn't.
