Some sort of Maple

It’s grown quite a lot in the hedge outside a block of flats. I looked it up in my app and it says maple. I thought it looked interesting with its helicopter seeds.
The builders are still here and one came to check the skylight hatch out in the hallway of the flats. The new roof is on and should be watertight. He thinks it’s leaking through the hatch opening. The rain has been a bit in and off and we really need a big downpour to check the leaks properly.

Later: I have looked it up further and I think it may be a Field Maple which is used in hedgerows.
