Digging for Victory!

18°C  -  8 mph WNW Wind Speed  -  10 mph Gusts  -  Cloudy  -  Sunny Spells.  During WW2 we had a slogan 'Digging for Victory' which kept gardeners and land-owners producing more food crops because importing was more or less 'off the map'  -  here though great nephew Paul is digging a trench to replace an old fence  -  in the background is his supervisor - son wee Paul.  Off to Aldis now to do the week's big shop:)
