Stress Baking

This is what happens when the plumber is late and doesn't answer his phone and then he appears and turns off the water when you have decided you need the loo and you want a cup of tea, but the kettle is empty. . . .

Oh plus I had a bag of bananas for 10p from Asda yesterday.
2 different recipes. Mary Berry's is the top one - oven too hot, I reckon. and some random chocolate banana one off the internet. Not enough cocoa to make a difference to the taste.
