The Green at Pitcairngreen

Out and about on ministerial business today & came back into the constituency by way of one of the quieter roads from Stanley, via Luncarty and the B8063 which runs roughly parallel to the A85 via little villages & hamlets - like Pitcairngreen, Harrietfield & Chapelhill.

Pitcairngreen has always intrigued me because of the very large (relative to the village) green in the centre. There are so many trees its hard to imagine it was an actual market green. Its very lovely.
