Harbour consultation

Nicely busy but annoying that so many people were just ranting about parking - this is a 15-20 year plan so hopefully we will have moved on from so much car reliance by then otherwise the sea level will rise and flood the whole thing anyway!
I feel the development is too dense but it’s already got planning permission so I’m trying to give constructive comments that might see some improvements.
