South Bank Centre

I like this message on the wall of the South Bank Centre, above the fountains which were dancing despite the rain. We went to a performance at the Queen Elizabeth Hall this afternoon - of readings, music, illustrations and interview about Under Milk Wood, with Cerys Matthews, Arun Ghosch and Kayo Chingonyi. It was based on Cerys Matthews' newly published adaptation for children, and her dramatic reading was terrific. The extra shows the stage before the performance.
