Recovering from the storm

Looking a little bit ragged from the storm last night this Red Admiral butterfly is warming itself in the sun and feeding on the white Buddleia.  Two large branches on the edge of our neighbour's garden came crashing down, fortunately missing their cars and their roof. They were able to saw them up fairly easily and clear them away this morning.

Went to Sherborne Abbey with G which was as uplifting as always. The boys from the Boys School were away on holiday so they had a visiting choir.  Coffee afterwards. Saw quite a few people I knew including my cousin.  Gardening this afternoon.
