Sunset view

Had our first meal on our first day of the holiday, sitting outside watching the sun set behind the parasols on the beach. We had all intentions of choosing and placing food delicately on our plates from the vast variety on offer but in all honesty we piled as much onto our plates as we could politely allow and then went back for more, which was muchly needed after sharing little more than a packet of Worthers original, a handful of Pringles and a slightly limp cheese sandwich each since 3am.

Have to say despite me not being a big fan of the all large-hotel-all-inclusive thing, this place appears to have everything dialled in and on point. Maybe it’s us arriving a week before the inevitable influx of noisy families, but first impressions are great.

It is a bit hot though - it was 39 degrees C when we arrived at 2.30pm and it was still around the 35c mark several hours later. Good job we sussed out the aircon as priority job number one as soon as we arrived.
