Just caught the farmer as he was raising the mower after cutting the  paddocks across the river this afternoon.
'The Granddogs' have gone home, much to Luna's dismay, but she's had a fun packed weekend, is now sleeping soundly by the open patio door and looking forward to the next time.
The rain gauge measured 1.5cms during yesterday and overnight which brings the total rainfall to just over 4cms for July so far.   We had one shower at lunchtime but it's now blue sky and sunshine, a beautiful end to the day.
