Change of plan

After many "suggestions" from the boss, Septembers' trip has been changed to be a split between a condo and a resort.
I think we were lucky to find a condo available in PV in Zona Romantica at what amounts to relatively short notice, (only 8 weeks),  But the die is cast, we had to pay for the condo straight away, no delaying until a couple of weeks beforehand like we can do with the hotel. And being non refundable, we'll have to take whatever lumps the airline throws at us in terms of pricing. 
But we'll give it a week or two just in case prices come down a bit.
And I have 3 or 4 basil plants that need harvesting. 
Apart from pesto, any suggestions?
