About to Spoil a Good Walk

That quote above is not the original as H.S. Scrivener wrote in 1903 that he heard some of his friends snicker, “to play golf is to spoil an otherwise enjoyable walk.”


Mark Twain is also associated with this concept but there is no evidence to support that.



Captured on one of the local courses.  I was on a circular route through the wooded parkland that surrounds this course.  Much more enjoyable and completed in less time.
