Working on the oyster beds

There was activity on the oyster beds today, a rare occurrence. Were they harvesting? I needed a zoom lens and more (any, really) knowledge of the techniques of oyster farming. The white dog that always accompanies work on the beds was splashing around in the shallows. You can just spot him.
