The Welcome Tableau.

Several tartans and two stag antlers.

The stag antlers were presented to Pat several years ago. Deer numbers are controlled in Scotland for several environmental reasons. 

The wild areas can only sustain a certain number of deer. The meat is butchered and is called venison.

The antlers are used for many purpose, many becoming handles to cutlery and knives.

Preparations are nearing completion. All should be ready before Tuesday’s arrival.
