Cooking Lunch

It’s our wedding anniversary today so M and I treated ourselves to lunch out. We went to The Gunton Arms and had an excellent meal. There was even a ‘congratulations’ greeting card on the table waiting for us. As you can see we were sitting near the open fire where the chef cooks the steaks and sausages and keeps the goose-fat roasted potatoes hot in skillets above the fire. Fascinating to watch, although I definitely wouldn’t want his job on a hot day.
