A Life in the Day

Walked  to Greenway today. At Galmpton Mill Creek my favourite boat has been damaged by the weather. It looks like a carcass now, with exposed ribs. It used to look like this in 2021. https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2820628591287471573
It rained at the house but we sheltered in the bookshop so it was not a hardship. I bought a book called A Life in the Day. More about that tomorrow because I think that this series from the Sunday Times is one reason for my fascination with Blipfoto.
Later the sun came out and the walk back was filled with butterflies, mainly meadow browns and gatekeepers.
