Meadow

It was a sunny start to the day and we had the usual routines with our grandchildren. In the afternoon my husband and I attempted to go to the nearby park with our oldest grandson. He was happy to go until there were a few drops of rain. As the rain stopped and then started a few minutes later we kept heading home and then setting out again. The final straw for him was some wind when the rain had stopped! I’m sure he will get use to dealing with our weather when he’s a bit older.

We returned home for some play doh and book reading.

I realised mid afternoon that l hadn’t taken a photo and so a quick shot of the meadow opposite for today.
